I never request to give blood was rejected because of a lack of red blood cells (anemia). Anemia caused by iron deficiency , which serves for the formation of red blood cells in the body
Red blood cells (hemoglobin) is required by the body weight to transport food and oxygen to the entire body. Shortage of red blood cells causes the body lethargic, dizzy head, and pallor. Here I kongsikan food which I take to increase the blood:
1. Meat
Meat is rich in iron, which in turn can increase the level of hemoglobin. However, excessive intake is bad for the heart. Choose low-fat meat.
2. The bread wheat and cereals
Have breakfast with whole grain bread and cereals can increase the iron needed by the body.
3. Fruits
Intake of fruits such as watermelon, grapes, apples and raisins can add blood.
4. Vegetables
Vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, mustard greens, turnip greens and kale are also good to add blood.
